Job Duties

Works under strict supervision to learn basic oil well operations, including drilling fluids and solids control.

Assists in rigging-up and rigging-down of service equipment.

Operates or assists in operating equipment such as:

1. Shale shakers and screen changes
2. Centrifuges
3. Cuttings handling and slurrification systems
4. Vacuum and pressure washing systems

Communicates effectively with team members.

Performs basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Demonstrates basic reading comprehension and writing skills.

Possesses basic computer skills (preferred).

Actively participates in quality improvement processes.

Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness.

Complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.

Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
