About the Role
The Technical Engineer will lead the Technical Team (Electrical and Mechanical) to ensure the proper Maintenance systems are implemented and executed in a rigorous way.
What You´ll Do
- Review weekly/monthly schedule to ensure operating strategy adherence
- Lead and coach Breakdown elimination process
- Be part of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
- Review costs and identify actions on a monthly basis plan
- Coach Maintenance and Electrical Leaders
- Have a good Knowledge on production systems
What makes you a good fit
- Holder of an Engineer Degree
- Previous experience within an industry, preferably multinational FMCG
- Strong Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, technology budgets management
- Strong Leadership, coaching and mobilization skills
- Strong communication in both French and English
