1. Successfully lead the Operations teams in the contracts under your control and provide safe, efficient, cost-effective, compliant, and innovative operations;
2. deliver outstanding performance in accordance with existing and new contracts with clients and the Key Result Areas (KRA) within these Agreements/Contracts;
3. identify, manage, and control the risks that impact Acciona Agua’s business in Algeria.

Required Skills and Competencies

Minimum Qualifications and/or Skills:

1. Degree in Engineering, Mining, Heavy Industry, or equivalent
2. High attention to detail
3. Advanced Excel proficiency
