Job Duties

Works under general supervision to provide well site service to customers.

Applies knowledge gained from formal training in:

1. Fluids chemistry
2. Volume and hydraulics calculations
3. Routine and specialized testing
4. Separation equipment theory and application
5. Well site service delivery

Conducts and interprets results of routine and specialized testing to provide technical solutions.

Operates separation and waste management equipment and understands its impact on overall fluid performance.

Collaborates with fluids and equipment supervisors and other technical professionals.

Demonstrates knowledge of company products and services, rig operations, and fluids, separation, and waste management technologies.

Maintains professionalism as a Halliburton representative, fostering good relationships with operators and rig personnel.

Prepares and tracks inventory of Baroid products and equipment spares based on drilling program and anticipated conditions.

Complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all job activities.

Education:

1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Bachelor’s degree in STEM or related field preferred.

Experience & Training:

1. Completion of Baroid Core Training Course at Halliburton or other recognized program required.
2. At least 6 months of related experience.
