About the Role

The Position


Maximize the value of the dedicated brands under her/his responsibility, the achievement of the budgeted sales and market shares objectives while increasing customers experience with his/her brands and keeping a customer centric approach. Lead, drive and ensure the strategic and operational process (short and long term, inclusive life cycle management) for each of his/her brands, and co-ordinate cross-functional and cross-departmental teamwork.


Responsibilities


  1. Conducts brand marketing including planning, implementation and tracking in with key strategic objectives.
  2. Identify and monitor competitors and market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
  3. Integrates Meeting & Congress and ensures accomplishment of strategic objectives in Brand(s) through Multichannel communications.
  4. Analysis, Planning, Execution and tracking of Brand Strategy.
  5. Following the related market segments to see the effects/impact of marketing activities.
  6. Analyzing statistical market data and following up market research
  7. Liaising with the key opinion leaders, physicians and all target groups to observe the market needs.
  8. Continuously upgrading technical knowledge and skills to follow up new marketing trends and methodologies.
  9. Manage & track budgets efficiently with a complete track of spending, committed and available budgets.
  10. Maintain a complete database of all planned & implemented activities per brand per pharmacy to effectively track implementation and to keep all the stakeholders informed.
  11. 100% execution under compliance/PV SOPs.


Required Education, Experience And Skills


  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in pharma companies
  2. Marketing experience at least 3 years preferred.
  3. Brand/Product management experience is a plus
  4. Experience in Hospital Specialty market is a plus (public sector).
  5. Medical degree is a plus (Experience to manage the promotion license)
  6. Fluent in English, French
  7. Strong skills in strategic planning, conflict management and communication
  8. Strong knowledge of Syndicated Data (IMS/In Market Sales)
  9. Planning and Project Management skills
  10. Excellent at problem solving and team-working.
  11. Having analytical approach, and business acumen.
  12. Creative, multiple task oriented, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  13. Collaborative, committed, result-oriented and self-motivated personality
  14. High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
  15. Proficiency in MS Office applications
  16. Travel 10%-15%
  17. Must be based in Algeria
