Technical Engineering Lead

About this Position The Technical Engineer will lead the Technical Team (Electrical and Mechanical) to ensure the proper Maintenance systems are implemented and executed in a rigorous way.

What You´ll Do

1. Review weekly/monthly schedule to ensure operating strategy adherence
2. Lead and coach Breakdown elimination process
3. Be part of most difficult Problem Solving on Chronic losses
4. Review costs and identify actions on a monthly basis plan
5. Coach Maintenance and Electrical Leaders
6. Have a good Knowledge on production systems

What makes you a good fit

1. Holder of an Engineer Degree
2. Previous experience within an industry, preferably multinational FMCG
3. Strong Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, technology budgets management
4. Strong Leadership, coaching and mobilization skills
5. Strong communication in both French and English
