Job Duties

1. Works under strict supervision with fluids supervisors, equipment supervisors, and technical professionals to understand rig operations, company products, and services.
2. Learns about drilling fluids, separation systems, and waste-management technologies.
3. Completes a formal training program covering: Fluids chemistry/ Volume & hydraulics calculations/Routine and specialized laboratory testing/Separation equipment/theory and application/Well-site service procedures.
4. Trains to operate, maintain, and optimize Baroid equipment (testing, separation, waste management systems).
5. Learns to prepare, manage, and track inventory of palletized and bulk products, as well as equipment spare parts, according to the drilling program and expected downhole conditions.
6. Assists in interpreting results from routine and specialized fluid tests to support technical decision-making.
7. Supports operation of separation and waste-management equipment and understands their impact on overall fluid performance.
8. Follows all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
9. Represents Halliburton professionally while working with clients.
10. Develops strong working relationships with the operator’s representative and rig personnel.
11. No prior work experience required.
12. Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field is required.
13. Entry-level position.
