Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Plan and execute the annual recruitment calendar, aligning with personnel needs.
- Conduct sourcing activities to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Draft and update job descriptions for new and existing positions.
- Disseminate recruitment announcements internally and externally across multiple channels.
- Shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle from selection to onboarding.
Training & Development
- Implement the annual training plan based on identified needs and pedagogical objectives.
- Design, execute, and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
- Build partnerships with training institutions to support development goals.
- Administer training activities, including scheduling, invitations, and evaluation collection.
Performance & Career Management
- Support the performance evaluation process by distributing and collecting evaluation forms.
- Contribute to career management initiatives, including career planning and development pathways.
Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in humanities, social sciences, or management sciences.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- High adaptability, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional projects.
- Skilled in observation, summarization, and information sharing.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
