Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

1. Plan and execute the annual recruitment calendar, aligning with personnel needs.
2. Conduct sourcing activities to identify and attract qualified candidates.
3. Draft and update job descriptions for new and existing positions.
4. Disseminate recruitment announcements internally and externally across multiple channels.
5. Shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and manage the full recruitment cycle from selection to onboarding.

Training & Development

1. Implement the annual training plan based on identified needs and pedagogical objectives.
2. Design, execute, and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
3. Build partnerships with training institutions to support development goals.
4. Administer training activities, including scheduling, invitations, and evaluation collection.

Performance & Career Management

1. Support the performance evaluation process by distributing and collecting evaluation forms.
2. Contribute to career management initiatives, including career planning and development pathways.

Qualifications

1. University degree, preferably in humanities, social sciences, or management sciences.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
4. High adaptability, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
5. Proven ability to coordinate and manage cross-functional projects.
6. Skilled in observation, summarization, and information sharing.
7. Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
